The committee on Roads & Transportation moves to amend the bill on page 1, Section 18b, line 23, by striking all of section 18b in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
" §17-16A-18b. Funeral processions exempt from the payment of tolls.
Notwithstanding any provision of this article to the contrary, motor vehicles and motor vehicle operators in funeral processions are exempt from the payment of any toll fee charge on any parkway project or turnpike: Provided, That this exemption applies only to motor vehicles clearly displaying flags, emblems or other visible designation indicating the motor vehicle is part of the funeral procession. "
